The End of Watch Fund (EOW) a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is dedicated to assisting the families of fallen law enforcement officers and law enforcement employees experiencing tragedy. The End of Watch Fund also serves through specific outreach programs designed to build a positive relationship between law enforcement and the community.
The governing board of the End of Watch Fund consists of sworn and non-sworn law enforcement members, as well as community members with a strong tie to law enforcement. As an organization, we annually donate over $15,000 nationwide to assist the law enforcement community in need.
One of our most prevalent programs is our “Snack Bag Project.” Between 2014 and 2017, the End of Watch Fund and its volunteers have packaged and delivered over 26,000 snack bags and bottled waters to support officers attending the funerals of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. These snack bags sustain the attending officers between the funeral and often lengthy procession, and let them know that we stand beside them during such a tragic time.
